Insured & Vetted Staff
Independent cleaners charge $25–$45 an hour, but you carry the risk. Every DES cleaner is police-checked, bonded, WSIB-covered, and backed by full liability insurance. We handle the payroll, the coverage, and the training.

Our flat rates assume the property is in average maintained condition. Where there is heavy buildup, long-term neglect, or post-renovation debris, we may switch to our hourly rate of $52 per hour per cleaner. We will always confirm this with you in advance — never after the fact.
